RUBY TONIC
Serves: 3, about 30 oz.
Prep time: 20 min
INGREDIENTS
3 medium beetroots
2 red grapefruits
2 lbs strawberries
12 oz blackberries
3 inches ginger
INSTRUCTIONS
- scrub vegetables & fruits with brush to remove excess dirt and wax
- rinse berries and cut strawberry stems
- Peel ginger and beetroot
- Add all ingredients to juicer, adjusting to recommended speeds
- Pour in into glassware
- Enjoy!
