My wellness journey
My life wasn’t balanced, healthy or sustainable. I didn’t have a purpose. as a child I endured six years of sexual abuse which led me to live with low energy levels, unhealthy eating habits, anxiety, depression and ptsd.
when I was 19, I moved to NYC to pursue a career in fashion. I was living a life I thought I wanted but my heart knew there was a deeper purpose for me, I just had to find it. I enrolled at the institute for integrative nutrition in 2018 and I instantly knew that discovering more about the mind/body/energy connection was something I wanted to deepen my knowledge of and teach to others.
I also knew that by living in my own shadow I couldn’t fulfill this purpose. I didn’t want to continue life surviving and not living. I wanted to breathe. I wanted to live for something. I wanted to feel alive and connected to the energy of the world. I wanted to help people open their eyes to the possibilities that I knew existed in life and I wanted to open mine.
five years ago, I decided to confront my past and make a change. as I began my healing journey, I went through an intense kundalini awakening that opened me up to my psychic abilities and connection to source. this awakening deepened my understanding of our spiritual connection to the universe, how to tap into this energy, connect with our higher selves and receive messages from the spirit world.
my spiritual connection has been an integral part of my healing journey, making my purpose in life to guide women on their own journey, teaching them how to awaken to their true inner self, find support and guidance from spirit and live the life we all deserve to live - Happy, fulfilled, energized, connected and loved.
