Overnight oats w/ blueberries + butterfly pea flowers

Prep time: 10min

Ingredients

3/4 C non dairy milk

1/2 C GF oats

pinch Himalayan salt

1/4 tsp almond extract (or paste)

1/2 tsp maca

2 tsp coconut sugar

2 tbsp hempseeds

2 tbsp dried blueberries

1 tbsp butterfly pea flowers

instructions

- Add all ingredients to bowl or mason jar

- stir to combine

- Soak overnight

- Enjoy!

Notes

/ Top with plain yogurt for a creamy texture and probiotics!
