CASHEW BUTTER

Serving size: 2 tbsp

INGREDIENTS
2 heaping cups roasted, unsalted cashews
pinch Himalayan sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add cashews and salt to food processor
- Blend 2-3 min, until smooth and creamy
- Transfer to glass jar
- Enjoy!
NOTES
/ Store for 2-3 months in a glass jar and in a cool, dark space or refrigerate
/ You may add vanilla or other flavoring of your choice, if desired
